Centre Manager

The manager oversees the day-to-day running of the centre and has responsibility for liaising with partners, monitoring and reporting on the impact of our services and leading and supporting the team.  

 

Outreach team

The outreach team are experienced practitioners in early years and can be found in all of our groups and sessions.  Part of their role is to support families with advice and guidance and they often work with individual families on a one-to-one basis, providing support which is tailored to their needs.

Administrator

Our Administrator is often the first person to have contact with our families and provides a welcome on behalf of the centre.  She has a varied role which includes processing family registrations; keeping track of the attendance records; providing advice and guidance; signposting to other organisations who can offer help and support for families and managing the centre diary.  

Playworker

Our play sessions are led by our playworker and are planned and resourced by the team in accordance with the early years framework. Our playworker is also happy to provide advice and guidance on a range of play and development queries that parents and carers may have.

 

The Crèche

We offer an on-site crèche for some of our programmes or courses.  These sessions are planned and are currently led by a qualified teacher and supported by assistants. 

 

 

Qualifications and training

 

All of the team are appropriately qualified in their field and have a wealth of experience between them.  Some of our specialisms include:
